Is there a limit on image size?
Each tool has its own practical limit based on what a browser can safely hold in memory (usually tens of megapixels) — there’s no artificial cap tied to an account tier.
Do any of these tools need an internet connection after the page loads?
Most process entirely offline once loaded. The AI tools may download a model file once per session (cached afterward); everything else works with no connection at all.
